An intergalactic Middle Eastern ecoterrorist who was born in the late 1920s, Ralquaz al Qayaan is a former anti-war activist and public speaker who saw the rise of Kaiju and the first attack teams. Due to experimentation done on him by an unidentified race of extraterrestrials between June 1986 and September 1994 (a time before the first Ultraman arrived on Earth), he is alive, well, and very active by the 9700s, when Knightblitz is active. He is the leader of the “Brotherhood of Shadows” and has a daughter named Tanilia al-Qayaan who will inherit the Brotherhood of Shadows after his death.
