A reoccurring villain inspired by many examples of extraterrestrial invaders from the Ultraman Series with Kaiju bodyguards, Keilrix is a representative agent of an extraterrestrial intergalactic union outside the Intergalactic Civilizations Federation, designated with the task of killing Ultraman Tachyon. He has the ability to grow to the size of a Kaiju and, via advanced cybernetic enhancements, can react to high-speed attacks from Ultraman Tachyon.
