"The self-styled "Caldwell Ludenburg," he's the Ultimate Gambler who's never lost a bet. Other than his obvious love of victorian era clothes, everything about him is wrapped in a veil of lies. They say he entered and won an underground gambling tournament, earning the title "King of Liars." He totally cleaned out the other players, taking their life savings and laughing as he did it." (Note: Although a German accent is preferred, any European accent will do)
