Jack is from Spaden. He’s a very broken cowboy, both financially and emotionally. He loves gambling, drinking, and smoking—in fact, he’s always drunk, in order to escape reality.
You can usually meet him near the casino (bank), sleeping on the floor with empty bottles around him.
He doesn’t have a cowboy accent, but his speech is drunken/slurred.
