Mulhall is kind of a modern day cowboy. While he's not your standard lone Texas ranger, he is extremely stubborn and has a hard time taking orders from those he does not respect. He also harbors an adventurous spirit and has a bit of a temper.Hall is sure of his actions and rarely goes back on his decisions once they're made. While he attempts to follow orders dutifully, he often ends up skirting the rules and will complete the mission in whatever way that he deems to be most effective.
