Tomoko Urase is a troublesome woman. She is displeasing and slightly repulsive, her outlook on life is bleak, but who could blame her when the government she works for is corrupt and her students are forced to fight to the death in a battle royale called, The Achievement Exam. Underneath her hard exterior is a kind woman who loves to teacher and is heart broken by the system.
She enjoys torturing her students by piling up homework after homework assignment and giving them pop quizzes,
She is nicknamed the white devil.
" Please class look around at each and everyone of your classmates, because this will be the last time you will ever see them again."
" Good morning, Class, I am your teacher, Tomoko Urase, you can call me Tomoko-sensei."
"What's wrong, You didn't think that the regime was keeping alive because they cared for you all, did you. You are nothing but cattle given a number to be slaughter to appease the masses."
