Hisaya is the ultimate ventriloquist and a support to Denji. He's an absolute sweetheart who's sometimes even *too* nice. The outlet of his meaner thoughts is Mr. Sock, his sock puppet that he wears all the time and speaks through when he wants to mess with someone or say something that his own lips won't muster.
