A biological researcher who loses his job and family in his search for a cure for his brother. After he learned the cure was real but withheld due to the company not figuring out how best to profit, Elias creates a weaponized suit powered by a reactor he replaced his own heart with. He becomes a vigilante and his killing ways soon attract the attention of local heroes who he ends up fighting with time and again.
