Scooter is one of many village kids, under 10 years of age, always getting into trouble with his best friend Adrik, and usually draggin his twin sister Ellie along.
He is the lovable oaf of the group.

(Terrified) Waaaaah! Help! Ahhhhh!
The voice isn't bad, but Scooter is definitely a bit friendlier, more playful, where here he comes off as a bit of an Antagonist. Hes playing tag with his sister and friend.
