FREEZE! Put your hands up for the dual pistol-wielding bad boy from Zenless Zone Zero! This sharpshooter ain't no kid, that's for sure! With his sharp agility and wisecrackin' quips that'll give Deadpool a worthy opponent, Billy sure as hell is willing to kick the competition's butt and chew bubblegum! Not only because he's out of gum, but because his mask has no mouthpiece either.
(For Billy's voice, I'm looking for someone to either match the voice he has in the 1st episode, or use a voice that's very similar and has a great likeness, along with a similar or the same metallic voice filter. His 1st line is based on his introduction in the video, and the 2nd line is featured in the end credits of the episode.)
