Wigglytuff is the leader of the Wigglytuff guild. Wigglytuff acts very easygoing and somewhat naive, occasionally shown sleeping during morning briefings and referring to everyone he meets as "friends", which leads those such as Team Skull to underestimate him. He is known, however, for his explosive temper. Despite his childish behavior, Wigglytuff is an accomplished explorer.

This is a pretty difficult voice to cast. I'm for something very androgynous, but slightly leaning to the masculine side. Think of Goku from Team Four Star's Dragonball Abridged. A very jovial/playful voice, but at the same time he can get really loud and booming with screaming lines.
