Character Description:
Luz Noceda is the face of The Owl House Studio and Entertainment Complex—a lively, lovable animatronic mascot and the lead performer of the venue’s show-band. Alongside her animatronic friends Amity Blight, Hunter, and King Clawthorne, Luz dazzled audiences with stunts, skits, and interactive fun. Outgoing, energetic, and endlessly curious, she was designed to embody warmth and joy.

But after a glitching stunt gone wrong, Luz’s program begins to shift—something inside her changes.

While the rest of the animatronic cast begins to fall under the influence of a hostile corruption, turning violent and unstable, Luz resists. She meets Oakley, a trapped teen who has wandered into the complex, and her built-in “protector” protocol kicks in—but something deeper awakens, too.

As Luz helps Oakley survive the night and unravel the studio’s dark history, she begins to uncover lost fragments of her own data—pieces of a past that were deliberately erased. What starts as a mission to help a lost child turns into a journey of self-discovery... and a confrontation with the truth behind who—or what—she really is.

Voice Notes:
Luz’s voice should be bright, friendly, and charismatic—think classic animatronic mascot energy, like someone performing for a crowd of kids. But underneath that, we want real emotional range. She needs to be able to sound human in private moments: scared, protective, thoughtful, and deeply conflicted.

This role requires the ability to switch between modes:
