Member of The Unseen, a group that enjoys causing wanton chaos. MEGA City's top/only 'Doomfluencer', a robotic influencer focused on chaos and obsessed with rococo baroque. Arrogant, prideful, takes his doomfluencer business very seriously, and so takes good care of how he presents himself in public. Speaks in an adenoidal deadpan tone, doesn't seem to take anything seriously. 

If you're looking for a reference voice, Norm Macdonald's voice work is close to what I'm looking for.
