Tsumugi is known as the Ultimate Cosplayer due to her large fan base and high detail costumes. She’s able to create cosplays of anyone that isn’t real. Yet if she cosplays as someone who is real, her entire body will break out in rashes. She tells Kaede when they first meet that she only enjoy creating costume and prefer other people wearing her costumes. Tsumugi is a student who speaks in a calm and gentle way to others, yet will begin to speak with passion when speaking about her cosplays or her favorite series’. She also possesses a habit of inserting famous quotes into her conversations with others. English dub voice preferred, but a soft spoken high=pitched voice is great too.
