Toriel is the caretaker of the RUINS. She is kindhearted and generous, offering to guide you through the RUINS, and giving you food and shelter in her home. She is compassionate, but lonely, and has suffered many losses in her life. She sees you as her child and will do anything to protect you from the harsh outside world. For her voice, imagine the most soothing, calming, motherly voice you can, and emulate her from there.

  • What a terrible creature, torturing such a poor, innocent youth. Ah, do not be afraid, my child. I am TORIEL, caretaker of the RUINS.

  • I pass through this place every day to see if anyone has fallen down. You are the first human to come here in a long time.

  • Come! I will guide you through the catacombs.
