He's supposed to be like Sephiroth.
He doesn't speak much. He's got a monotone-ish, soft tone.
That's about it. He's going to be more prominent in the sequel.

Great audition, but I would highly recommend fine-tuning the audio in Adobe Audition or Audacity. There many ways to do it, it'd make your audition 100x better than it already is.
