Charles Dickerson is one of the many characters that appears across many of the episodes this season.  

He is Sam's younger brother, he is very patriotic of the U.S.A, which causes tension with Sam, his brother, He is also more moody  and outspoken. 

He speaks with a tenner, southern  accent. For this role you will be representing his early teens to adulthood.
