Shuichi Akai is one of the most important F.B.I agents. He is mono toned, and is the "cool" character that comes in at the best times. After he faked his death, he took up the identity "Subaru Okiya", and hides from the public eye. As Subaru Okiya, he can turn on and off a voice changer, that enables his original Shuichi Akai voice to be used. The only people who know about his true identity are other F.B.I members, and Conan Edogawa (Shinichi Kudo) He is the son of Mary Sera, and is the brother of Masumi Sera.
