Diavolo is the Prince of Demons and future King of Hell, he also doubles as the President of the RAD Student Council. He likes to think of himself as a benevolent and just leader, doing what he can to ensure the Devildom runs smoothly and to mend the bonds between the three realms. But sometimes his actions fall short of that, or he does what he wants without much regard for the effects in the long-term. 

In the game, Diavolo is voiced by Takuhei Yamamoto. His voice is on the deeper side, but is still bright and cheerful at times. Ideally, he should sound close to his original but I would also accept something similar to Wriothesley from Genshin Impact or Yuuichi Kurosawa from Cherry Magic!
