"Angela" is a highly advanced Artificial Intelligence that was the former assistant of the Manager of the Lobotomy Corporation. She is now the creator and director of Lucrative Company, an establishment that replaced Lobotomy Corp. in the L District and for unknown reasons is making moves across the City for her own goals.

Voice Description: Medium-female vocal range. She is calm, sarcastic, and concise attitude that she reflects through her cordial manners. At the same time, Angela is also shown to perform sketchy and inhumane behavior to her seemingly immortal nature. In addition to all of this, Angela also shows a rather condescending and elitist behavior.
