We are currently seeking 15 to 20 passionate and talented Digital Artists to join our creative team for an upcoming project. This is a collaborative effort aimed at developing a visually rich world through detailed character reference sheets and background/environment concepts.

If you love world-building, designing original characters, and crafting vivid settings, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and be part of a large, creative project!

Responsibilities:

• Design full-body character reference sheets (front, side, back views, and expressions preferred)

• Create concept art or illustrations for backgrounds and environments that match the project's tone

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent art direction across the project

• Work from written descriptions, mood boards, or rough sketches

• Meet deadlines and be open to feedback and revisions

Requirements:

• Strong digital art skills and ability to work in your own unique style or adapt to a shared visual style

• Experience designing character sheets and/or background art

• Access to a digital art program (e.g., Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, etc.)

• Good communication and ability to work with a team

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience working on animations, comics, or games

• Ability to do turnarounds or pose sheets

• Understanding of perspective and lighting in background design
