Luna is very dedicated to the mission of the Sailor Senshi always reminding them of the importance of their duties. She is particularly stern towards Usagi, who she had hoped would mature and progress the fastest. However, this is only because she wants the best for Usagi, even if she is unable to express it.

Luna usually has a serious disposition and always encourages the girls to be mindful of what they need to do. However, she can lighten up at times, and has shown somewhat of a silly side, sometimes letting the girls do their own thing and occasionally getting involved in some way. She teases Usagi from time to time as well.

Luna is also a romantic, and hopes to find love, curling up with Artemis the odd time, or falling in love during some storylines.

Luna can also be somewhat quick to judge others (like when she mistook Ami for a Youma upon their first meeting) and can also be quite cold, taking a while to warm up to others.
