Ugly Duckling for Rick Torres (Police Officer)
Richard Torres (called by Rick) is one of the police officers at the Bloxington Police Station. He's rather a caring individual who is often prioritizes the needs of others, striving for more harmonious environments. He excels at providing emotional support, conflict resolution, and maintaining the peace. Rick became a police officer to attempt to make the town a better place by catching criminals. He has two sons, Skyler Productions and Jake Torres.
