Nice read Miah! You've got that pretty stylized caricature of a salesman going on in the delivery, fits the goofy script pretty well.

Let's talk about projection first! I'd say we were at a good 5.5/10. While we had a bit of projecting going on, it felt more like it was fake acting projection as opposed to actually needing to project in order to be heard by the audience. Like you were playing an imaginary game vs actually giving a speech in a gym. As opposed to elongating the words and puffing them up a bit, I'd love to hear you really go for it and announce the deals ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK OF THE ROOM! Large deep breaths, strong use of the diaphragm, and great big columns of air to support projection all across the room! In short, we don't want to just sound like we're pretending to project, we want to actually be projecting into our mics!

As for pacing, you had a pretty stable pace through the read which is great, I would ask you to slow down just a touch though. We missed a few words in the read, both by loss of clarity while reading and just skipping a word in delivery. Slowing down gives our eyes and brains enough time to read, understand, and recite with less opportunity for error. Especially important when delivering a large script as it won't do to have to re-record an entire script for being too muddy or missing words in the script.

While I like the characterization we chose for the read, the energy didn't quite meet the character we were going for. The sort of classy sleezy salesman figure is a fun choice, but we really want to lean into that persona and bring out the charismatic side of things. We want to be able to tell you really do believe in the greatness of these ridiculous terms and conditions! Put some life and excitement into the lines! Really sell the product, whatever it is, to the audience! We want to hear the conviction you have for the sale and feel the trust you have in the product your selling.

A nice start to the class Miah! Looking forward to hearing more!
