Mayor Whiskers is the mayor of Cat Town and father of Mackenzie Whiskers. On the surface, he seems like a warm, kind-hearted gentleman. But he is actually a corrupt politician with a secret vampire form. He is a short, plump pure white tom with a prominent mustache. (I'm aware it's very cringe but I made him when I was in 7th grade alright? His voice claim is Mayor Humdinger from PAW Patrol). Southern accent optional!
