Winifred or Fred by their friends is mostly referred to with they/them pronouns throughout the videos however they go by any pronouns. They have a minor role and only appear in one video in the series as of the moment, but Fish and Ann have said they'll appear more later on. If I continue the fan dub, I will likely ask you to return to voice more lines.

Fred is a 20 year old guitar owner who can’t play guitar. The kind of friend who has decided to take a long break from college but it hasn’t been said what they plan on doing during that time.

When asked, the creators said they feel like Fred would have a voice similar to Mary Elizabeth Winstead. I'd say taking inspiration from her role in 10 Cloverfield Lane or Scott Pilgrim may help with the audition.
