Virginia "Pepper" Potts is a highly intelligent, resourceful, and determined woman who starts as Tony Stark’s personal assistant but proves herself as a strong leader in her own right. Initially seen as just a behind-the-scenes figure at Stark Industries, Pepper steps into the spotlight when she discovers corruption within the company. As Tony’s closest ally, she is one of the few people who can challenge his arrogance while also supporting his better instincts. When Tony becomes Iron Man, Pepper’s role shifts from just managing his life to actively helping him navigate the consequences of his new path. Her unwavering loyalty and courage make her a crucial part of the QCV’s unfolding conflicts.

Pepper is sharp-witted, professional, and incredibly resilient. She is often the only one who can rein in Tony’s reckless tendencies, balancing out his charisma with her own no-nonsense approach. Despite her composed exterior, she has a deep sense of care and responsibility, especially toward those she trusts. Though she isn’t a fighter like Iron Man, she shows immense bravery in standing up to threats, even when outmatched.
