Bio: Vice is a Past Lifer Jackadevil who lives in the Second Circle of the Underworld (AKA: Hell/Topsy Turvy). In his past life, he was a junkie who oftentimes danced at a club for extra cash. He manipulated many people into thinking he was in love with them so that they would give him money, opportunities, etc. But in the end, he abandoned all of them once he received what he was looking for. He died in a shootout when a dealer invaded his apartment for not paying up for his fix.

In the Second Circle, Vice has had time to reflect on his actions during his past life and realised that the way he behaved and treated people was not okay. He tries his best to be a better person in the Second Circle, but his hex makes it difficult. His hex is called "the Hollow Heart". This means that whenever anyone falls in love with him romantically, they immediately forget all their memories with him and have no recollection of any of their romantic memories with Vice. This is karma for how Vice used to lead people on romantically in his past life. 

Personality: Vice is flirty, flighty, untrustworthy, longing, closed off and lonely. He tries to hide his crushing loneliness under a flirtatious, confident façade, but it slips sometimes.
