Cory is… blonde? Well I mean not a natural blonde but still. Juno doesn't really remember how they met though Cory insists they met on the bus home back in primary. She is very supportive of any idea that Juno has and always insists she should do it, especially if it's anything involving magic or arguing with others. That's how Juno ended up in possession of that spell after all, she was telling Cory about how she hated how vague witchcraft was and she wishes there was a spell she could cast that when it didn't do anything would irrefutably show that magic wasn't real. That's when Cory mentioned a spell she “heard about from someone else” and dared Juno to do the spell to prove her beliefs. Juno was hesitant but Cory insisted and gave Juno the spellbook to take home with her.
