Bio: Joey is a Past Lifer Jackadevil who lives in the Second Circle of the Underworld (AKA: Hell/Topsy Turvy). He is a very small role who only shows up in the first scene. He is Vice's love interest who upon revealing his true romantic feelings to him, quickly forgets all about his love for him due to Vice's hex. Joey himself also has a hex, but it is not mentioned.
Personality: Before he fell in love with Vice, Joey was snobby, stuck up and a little conceited. After he fell in love with Vice, he became more sympathetic, genuine and in touch with his emotions. Upon Vice's hex erasing their love, Joey goes back to being snobby and stuck up.
