Bio: Wills is a Past Lifer Jackadevil who lives in the Second Circle of the Underworld (AKA: Hell/Topsy Turvy). In his past life, he dated a man named Atticus Wynn (he's from my other show "Transportation Station"). Wynn was madly in love with him, but after a while, Wills fell out of love with him. Wills ended up cheating on him and because of this got broken up with. Wills was mad about the breakup, so he used his connections to get Wynn fired from his then job (a television studio). This ended up stunting Wynn's career, and it would take several years to bounce back. Wills died in a car accident. 

In the Second Circle, Wills feels extremely guilty for what he did to Wynn and would give anything to apologise and make things right. He has not dated anyone since because he does not believe he deserves love after how he treated his ex-boyfriend. His hex is called "the Guilt Bind". This makes him have an infinite memory and remember every single thing that happens to him, but mainly causes him to never forget how awful he was in his past life.

Personality: Wills is reserved, guilt ridden, brooding, a bit lazy and sarcastic. He can oftentimes come across as more harsh than he intends.
