Polonia Franchinder (Called Dr. Frankie for short) is a very energetic, very bubbly character. She is a master of chemistry and works directly for Blackbird, and serves as his personal scientist. She is similar to Trixie, but she never gets angry. If I had to compare her to someone, I'd probably compare her to Unikitty from The LEGO Movie.


She speaks extremely quickly, and has quite a high pitch voice. He mannerisms are that of a little girl. She speaks as if she's trying to hold back her excitement.


The last line should NOT sound evil, it should sound happy. The hehe is a little squeaky giggle.
