Koffing is a lackey to the games antagonistic team. Not much can be said about him, other than the fact he is like their leader in personality, which means pretty rotten.. Koffing has a distinct laugh which is, "Whoa-ho-ho!"

For Koffing I see him with a really gruff deep voice and the fact he's producing poison gas a little wheeziness to it. You probably have to sell me on the laugh he has as it's his main character trait and he says it an AWFUL lot.
