Surge is a Unicorn and one of the three leaders of the New Guard.  Whereas Iron Stride specializes in ground combat and Storm Breaker trains the air force, Surge focuses on intelligence and weapons research.  He also acts as chief interrogator, probing minds for information with magic.  Of the three, Surge is the most enigmatic, his past shrouded in mystery as he refuses to talk about it.  Only Iron Stride and Storm Breaker know this information.  Surge, like Iron, is very dedicated to a militaristic society and believes it to be the best route to making Equestria safe.  Surge has a close assistant by the name of Dr. Pandora, who dabbles in alchemy and biology.


When auditioning, I'd like a medium tone of voice.
