An older white man in his 50s-60s who shows up in the Arrival chapter. He is healthy for his age, and his voice should reflect that. Any accent is fine, but American is preferred. He's a very ominous character, introducing the player to the idea that the Manor isn't what it seems. Think of the horror movie trope of the "older person who serves as foreshadowing".

 His lines include a sighing and chuckling SFX. 11 lines; 134 words + 2 SFX.
