The first character is Ursa who is:
A very old woman, that grew disillusioned with the ideas of local factions. She became a hermit, accompanied only by her partner; Kyle. They now live quietly, near the prison which always stays open for influx of new souls to punish. She might hold some ideas about escaping this realm, maybe once they felt plausible to her but years had taken a toll on her once passionate will, so for now she contents herself with telling stories of pasts forgotten. Such a knowledgable window into the old ways of life, surely has to hold secrets worth pursuing, no?

The Other character is the Voice of Raun's Wife:

The plight of the earth, the reminder of all that's lacking in sancticy, the constant dagger in Raun's side, the ghost that he can only forget while alcohol tends to his wounds. At least that's what Raun would say about her. In reality, we have no idea about this woman's voice. For sure though in Raun's head that voice is an annoying, squekish, rawdy and lacking in any sort of elegance.

On top of that we could also use that voice template for generic characters if need would arise during development.
