Perla is the second youngest among the Celestino sisters. She is 18 years old and also introverted. She speaks softly and dares not to raise her voice. She rarely gets angry and she cries when she feels in danger. Her sensitive emotions are often showing through acts of kindness. Her goal is to become a teacher and bring back education in the land of Estrella without the need of segregating minorities.
