Jacob Tokes

Backstory:

A classically trained pastry chef who studied in Switzerland and constantly reminds everyone of it. Jacob entered the competition to showcase “real technique” and sees most of the other contestants as beneath him. He once apprenticed under a renowned baker, a connection he flaunts though he keeps certain details suspiciously vague.

Personality:

Proud, critical, and perfection-obsessed. Jacob holds himself (and everyone else) to impossibly high standards. Arrogant on the outside, but deeply afraid of failure. Believes baking is an art form, not a hobby.
