The Second Line is a nerdy-ish guy who got rejected by Aki.
Basically if you're able to do various voices for the third line, you're set for all minor characters.

[Akio Tanabe] (upset and jealous) You ripped up my letter, but Makabe is fine? Must be nice for an attractive guy.
