The Dreary Orphanage: Fairytale Puppet Film (Chapter One)
HermioneCantDraw for Narrator
Voice: I'm imagining a commanding British voice for this; however, I welcome all accents! Be playful, mysterious, and dramatic. Show all of your spooky ghost/fairytale story energy!
Character: Imagine a classy narrator sitting by a fireplace, reading aloud a spooky story or poem to children on a dark stormy night. The narrator is sarcastic and theatrical, pulling the audience's interest with every word, and hitting dramatic beats, all with a mischievous twinkle in their eye.

Wishes are like a garden, yet most never bloom. For wishes, like hope, crack under the weight of despair, withering like neglected roses without constant care.
Any genie will warn you before popping one into existence — instant wishes are the most dangerous most magic of all. Deceiving and twisted.
So, if you’re expecting every problem to be solved by fairy godmothers, talking teddies, and sparkly rainbows, you might prefer Mommy And Me’s Twinkle Star pop-up book.
I love the mysterious, enchanting quality of your voice. I'd like to hear a little more of a dramatic reading and sarcastic playfulness at points. I suppose I want the narrator to be a little tongue-in-cheek, rather than dead serious. I also hear a fair bit of noise in the background, so I'd recommend finding a quiet secluded space to record. The reason is that when editing, if some audio has noise and others don't, the voices will sound like they were recorded in different locations (even though they are) and it would be distracting for the audience. I record from my closet and it's not the fanciest, but it works decent enough! P.s. I love your username, Hermione.
