A once prominent scribe, now a hopeless addict to the drug vite. Assigned to research the drug, he got a little to attached to it and began exhibiting questionable ethics during his research. Through his use of the drug, he later becomes an informant for Black Dog in order to get drugs. Talks fast, and has a quirk where he always has to scratch his forearm when speaking.
