Character Description – Mangle

  Mangle serves as both a tragic figure and a threat. Once intended as a bright, toy-like animatronic, it was dismantled and rebuilt countless times, leaving it in a state of constant distortion. In Echoes of the Mimic, Mangle embodies corruption—the consequences of tampering with creations beyond repair.

• Personality / Characteristics:

  • Unstable Presence: Their voice and movements glitch, breaking between childish charm and distorted menace.

  • Duality: Both playful and cruel—switching between sing-song tones and mechanical screeches.

  • Protective Instincts: Despite their brokenness, they still exhibit a strange loyalty, often “guarding” places or individuals (though in twisted ways).

  • Eerie Intelligence: Mangle can mimic voices imperfectly, hinting at an uncanny awareness of those around them.

  • Appearance Influence: A tangle of wires, claws, and broken plating—like a puppet that’s been torn apart too many times, yet refuses to stop moving.
