To be an assistant director of my projects, you're going to need to be someone who has fairly an average-a lot of available time on their hands to work on my projects. With this role, you are expected to have:

• A past experience in having worked as a main or co-director for a PUBLISHED project.
• Fair skills in communication (reminding workers to do their tasks) and organization (keeping tasks up-to-date and expectation).
• It's preferred out of my projects you are able to choose just what exactly you'd like to be the assistant director of, as Necklace Of Attraction/Keisha's Fandom Community/Kpop Demon Hunters: Going Up! assistant directors are also expected to help edit the content when necessary. For Ghostea News/Stylelysis/etc assistant directors/managers, you are only expected to ensure content comes out at least once every 1-2 months. It's an expectation for Keisha's Narrative to have content of a production out at least once every 1-2 months, with 3 months set as a maximum and that's when the concept of "emergency content" (short form content of a production) comes in. Hopefully though, that wouldn't be needed.
