We’re looking for a passionate Creative Director / Art Lead to help define the visual identity of our new indie animation studio.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the overall look and feel of our future projects.

• Develop style guides, concept art, and visual references.

• Collaborate with the founder and producer to ensure creative consistency.

Ideal Skills:

• Strong art/illustration background (animation, concept art, or design).

• Visionary mindset with ability to guide creative direction.

• Comfortable working in a startup, team-building environment.

This is an unpaid volunteer position at the startup stage, perfect for someone who wants to help build a studio from the ground up.
