A childhood friend of Chika's and talented diver, Kanan helps run a diving shop with her family. Kanan can be seen as the Team Mom of Aqours, and was one of three members of the original Aqours, alongside Dia and Mari. After the group disbanded due to some other issues, the three grew distant. Upon the formation of the new Aqours, the three grew closer.
Kanan's voice can be easily described as medium-high pitched and slightly nasally. Like the others, she should still have energy and life in her singing.
