Character~
Saruhiko Fushimi is a clansman of Scepter 4. He is a former member of HOMRA and Jungle. He is a childhood friend of Misaki Yata, having known him since their middle school days together.

Voice~
He has a cocky attitude and his voice tends to show that.  He seems to always be done with everything and his voice should be medium low - medium high.
