• Knowledge of script format (screenplay style: int./ext., dialogue, stage directions)
• Ability to collaborate in a writers’ room (sharing + receiving feedback)
• Creativity in episodic and long-form storytelling

• Google Docs (for scripts)
• Discord (for collaboration & notes)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with animation pacing (knowing how long a scene takes to animate)
