Zeke Batson - Born into a wealthy political family, Zeke’s life was shattered at age ten when his family was murdered in their home. As the sole survivor - and with suspicion lingering but never proven - he was institutionalized in a hospital for much of his life. Now back in society as a young adult, Zeke struggles with shyness, social awkwardness, and a lack of real-world experience. His quiet demeanor and fragile presence hint at both deep vulnerability and the shadows of his past.
Voice Direction - Zeke’s voice should carry hesitation and unease, often soft-spoken and uncertain. He may pause frequently, searching for words, and his delivery should reflect a mix of innocence, trauma, and guardedness. At times, flashes of suppressed anger or fear may break through his otherwise timid exterior.

Hi. My name is Ezekiel Batson. Some people call me Zeke. I'm an orphan, and I'm currently trying to learn how to make friends. I haven't been in a real school for the last six years, so high school is a really hard place to start. Turns out not everyone likes to color.
I don't really get it. I don't know why I was the one left behind. I have no friends or family, and In a year I'm going to be tossed out by the system on the streets. You'll be fine though. You'll get your fancy degree, and then all I'll be to you was a passing grade.
Phenomenal Work! One huge favor to ask: Would love to hear this audition in another tone! You emotion is great. I would just also just love to hear some takes that are awkward and shy for character introduction, as for the second line - anger/frustration!
