Head Honcho is the current head of Florida’s superhero league, “The League of Saviors”. Outwardly, he’s very confident and ecstatic, despite not knowing what he’s saying most of the time. He wants to be the ideal superhero, but he just doesn’t have enough brain cells.
For his voice, I imagine it is very classic “superhero”. He speaks from his chest. This show is a cartoon, but it is still relatively grounded, so don’t make the voice TOO cartoony.
