Roosternator (AKA Waspinator) is the dim, easily intimidated half of the Predacons’ air force.  Of all the Predacons under Megatron’s command, he’s mostly just cannon fodder, always at risk of getting scrapped... and he's often the first one to be scrapped in the heat of battle.  That said, he’s not a terrible shot and can be considered the team’s unofficial sniper.  His beast mode is a cockatrice.  

For his voice, I want something that sounds similar to Scott McNeil’s voice from Beast Wars, minus the buzzing in his voice.
